ABOUT JANE
A Licensed Professional Counselor in Portland, Oregon
I work with adults who want to improve their lives through talk therapy and by making small changes over time. I counsel individuals who are worried, down, stressed out at work, frazzled or eager to get support for a change. I also like working with folks who have difficulty concentrating, are in recovery or who have a dual-diagnosis.
My credentials include a master's degree in Counseling from Portland State University and an undergraduate degree in English from the College of New Jersey.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Oregon and a National Certified Counselor. I complete 40 hours of continuing education every two years.
I have been a public school teacher, an administrator for a university international exchange program, and a provider and director in a large healthcare system.
I am originally from the East Coast, and I love Oregon.
